The addition of the new pulse air function has
made it possible to further improve the dust removal rate.
This pen-type ionizer sprays ions generated by
high frequency with air or nitrogen onto the surface of silicon wafers and
glass masks, and can accurately and quickly remove fine dust adhered by static
electricity.
The ion generation and air control switches are
located in the grip of the pen body, improving operability and pinpoint static
elimination/dust removal performance.
